1. Single-Bureau Credit Report and Manual VantageScore® from Experian®
Single-Bureau Credit Report from Experian®: Your Experian® credit report gives you a detailed look at information lenders may use to make credit decisions and set interest rates.*
Once your identity is authenticated, credit reports are available annually, and can include information about your credit accounts, current balances, payment history, public records, debts, hard inquiries, and negative information.
*Although comprehensive, the credit reports you receive through the service may not have the same information as credit reports you obtain directly from Experian® or another source.
Manual VantageScore®: Once your identity is authenticated, you may view your VantageScore® on a monthly basis through a manual refresh via your OnAlert® dashboard. Calculated on the VantageScore® 3.0 model, your VantageScore® uses machine learning techniques to indicate your credit risk level. As compared to other credit scoring systems, the VantageScore® model may require less credit history to generate a score. VantageScore® 3.0 is not used by all lenders, so your lender may use a score that is different from your VantageScore®. (And your VantageScore® 3.0 may differ from your score under other VantageScore® models). Click here to learn more.
2. Single-Bureau Credit Monitoring from Experian®
Once your identity is authenticated, this service monitors your Experian® credit file for key changes and alerts you, for example, when your file reflects a new: address, inquiry, account opening, public record, or piece of potentially negative information.*
* Please note that there may be a delay between your enrollment in OnAlert® and commencement of this monitoring. Commercially reasonable efforts will be made to begin monitoring with Experian® within 2 business days of successful enrollment in OnAlert®.
3. Automatic VantageScore® Tracker
This graph automatically shows how your VantageScore® has changed over time* and provides score factors that can help you understand what events may have caused the changes you see on the graph.
*Calculated on the VantageScore® 3.0 model. Your VantageScore® from Experian® indicates your credit risk level and is not used by all lenders, so your lender may use a score that’s different from your VantageScore®. (And your VantageScore® 3.0 may differ from your score under other VantageScore® models). Click here to learn more.
4. VantageScore® Simulator
The VantageScore® Simulator can estimate how your VantageScore® might change if you take certain actions*, such as paying off your credit card or applying for a loan.
*Calculated on the VantageScore® 3.0 model. Your VantageScore® from Experian® indicates your credit risk level and is not used by all lenders, so your lender may use a score that’s different from your VantageScore®. 5. Personalized Credit & Identity Alert Videos
From time to time, alerts related to Dark Web Monitoring, Single-Bureau Credit Monitoring and Tri-Bureau
Credit Monitoring may be accompanied by customized videos that help explain why you are receiving the alert and suggest next steps.
6. Authorization Alerts
You may be notified when your personal information is used for new applications or identity verification requests submitted through the Experian Precise ID® network.
7. Dark Web Monitoring
CyberAgent® is a proprietary dark web surveillance technology that scans hidden websites, networks and chat rooms for potentially stolen identity credentials. You may be notified if a match to your personal information is detected. The Dark Web Monitoring service can only identify matches to select information that you have provided to ChexSystems®; you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any information you provide. Because the Internet is vast, there is no guarantee that all possible matches to your personal information will be detected.
8. Full-Service Identity Restoration
A restoration agent can provide you with assistance if you experience identity theft. Agents provide bilingual support to help investigate alerts, challenge fraud activity, and guide you through the process of trying to regain control over your identity.
9. Lost Wallet Assistance
This service allows you to save and store important payment and identification information in one place — a digital wallet. If your actual wallet is lost or stolen, the digitally stored information may help you quickly cancel and replace the lost items. Lost Wallet Assistance also includes support from a restoration agent to cancel and/or reissue documents.
10. Up to $1MM Identity Theft Insurance
With this ancillary feature, a no-deductible Identity Theft Insurance policy*, you may be able to receive reimbursement, up to $1 million, for unexpected out-of-pocket expenses such as legal fees, lost income, fraudulent transactions, and stolen funds.**
*The Identity Theft Insurance is underwritten and administered by American Bankers Insurance Company of Florida, an Assurant company under group or blanket policy(ies). The description herein is a summary and intended for informational purposes only and does not include all terms, conditions and exclusions of the policies described. Please refer to the actual policies for terms, conditions, and exclusions of coverage. Coverage may not be available in all jurisdictions. Review the Summary of Benefits.

You may receive an alert if the service detects that someone has tried to open a bank account in your name, change the personal information on one of your existing accounts, or add a new authorized user.
12. Financial Transaction Monitoring
This service allows you to review your transactions across bank accounts in a single view and set alerts for activities such as large withdrawals, large deposits, or low account balances.
13. Social Media Network Monitoring
You may receive alerts when potential privacy or reputational risks are detected on your Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and/or Twitter account. Potential privacy risks may include posts containing personal information such as your home address, email address, date of birth, or Social Security Number. Potential reputational risks may include posts containing alcohol or drug references, threatening, sexual, or vulgar language, or discriminatory content. The database used to monitor your social media account(s) is updated every 24 hours. Because words and language used in social media posts may vary, there is no guarantee that posts involving potential privacy or reputational risks will be detected.
14. Social Security Trace Monitoring
This service provides an initial report of all names, aliases, and addresses identified by our service providers as being associated with your Social Security Number. You may be notified if a new name, nickname or address is linked to your Social Security Number. The database used to monitor these changes is updated monthly.
15. ChexSystems® Monitoring and Alerts
Once your identity is authenticated, this service monitors your ChexSystems® file for certain events and alerts you when your personal information is associated with events, such as inquiries, or reporting of account closures, check print orders, or returned checks, as well as consumer-initiated identity theft alerts, security freezes, and statements. *
* Please note that the ChexSystems® monitoring alerts that you may receive through the service should not be relied upon conclusively to indicate that information or events have been or will be included in your ChexSystems® file, but rather are indicative of the use of your personal information and are delivered or displayed to you for your use in fraud and/or identity theft monitoring.
16. Tri-Bureau Credit Report and Manual VantageScore® from Experian®, TransUnion® and Equifax®
Tri-Bureau Credit Report: Your Experian®, TransUnion® and Equifax® credit reports give you a detailed look at information lenders may use to make credit decisions and set interest rates.*
Once your identity is authenticated, credit reports are available annually, and can include information about your credit accounts, current balances, payment history, public records, debts, hard inquiries, and negative information. If fewer than all three credit bureaus enroll you in their credit monitoring services, you will only receive reports from the credit bureaus through which you are enrolled, and you will not be eligible for a price reduction, discount or refund.
*Although comprehensive, the credit reports you receive through the service may not have the same information as credit reports you obtain directly from Experian®, TransUnion®, Equifax® or another source.
Manual VantageScore®: Once your identity is authenticated, you may view your VantageScore® as determined by each of three major credit bureaus - Experian®, TransUnion® and Equifax®. Calculated on the VantageScore 3.0 model, your VantageScore® uses machine learning techniques to indicate your credit risk level. Credit scores are based on the information in your credit file at the time the score is requested. Your credit file information can vary from bureau to bureau because some lenders report your credit history to only one or two of the bureaus. So, your VantageScore® can vary if there are differences in the information different bureaus have on file for you. As compared to other credit scoring systems, the VantageScore® model may require less credit history to generate a score. VantageScore® 3.0 is not used by all lenders, so your lender may use a score that’s different from your VantageScore®. (And your VantageScore® 3.0 may differ from your score under other VantageScore® models). Click here to learn more.
